We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and team-focused Geospatial Systems Specialist eager to learn, support, and maintain the ArcGIS infrastructure that powers our difference-making, cloud-based software solutions. The candidate we’re looking for is someone who:

Responsibilities include:
- Operational support and maintenance of an enterprise-level, multi-tenant ArcGIS infrastructure, including ArcGIS Enterprise, Portal, Datastore, ArcGIS Server/REST services, ArcGIS Online, and Enterprise Geodatabases.
- Spatial data management (data security/access, updates, maintenance, and migrations).
- Creation of new ArcGIS Server map/feature services, dashboards, and reports to support various GIS and technology projects.
- Troubleshoot customer-related problems associated with existing GIS applications, tools, and data.
- Work with internal and external partners to integrate data from other systems of record to support customer requirements and advance GIS initiatives.
- Communicate effectively across internal teams to complete tasks and projects.
- Utilize the agile methodology to log, prioritize, and document work assignments.
- Develop and document internal standards that promote efficient and maintainable software.
- Create and maintain end-user documentation and workflows as necessary.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, geography, computer science, or a related field, with at least three years of relevant work experience. AA or GIS certificate program with commensurate experience accepted.
- Two years of work experience in Geographic Information Systems, emphasizing ESRI GIS software.
- One year of experience working in Esri Portal for ArcGIS/ArcGIS Online which includes creating data, organizing groups, and creating dashboards and applications.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in/knowledge of web GIS, including ArcGIS Enterprise-based service publishing and management workflows.
- An understanding of data management practices, such as data organization, geodatabase implementation, and metadata documentation.
- A solid understanding of cartographic standards and principles (i.e., what makes an effective map/web layer/symbology).
- Familiarity with commonly accepted IT industry standards and best practices.
- Domain knowledge/experience in emergency response or fire service-based business areas.
- Background in software support or technical customer service with direct end-user contact.
- Ability to travel on a limited basis.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is USD$65,000-$97,000 USD.
