3-GIS is growing rapidly and is seeking to add an exceptional GIS Solution Engineer with a background administering an enterprise GIS deployment.
General Job Duties:
Evaluating existing data and processes to support development of action plans for migration to an enterprise GIS
Installing & configuring the 3-GIS Network Solution, ArcGIS Enterprise and database software
Evaluating customer requirements and recommending an architecture that will meet or exceed customer requirements.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting client issues with ESRI software, 3-GIS software, RDBMS and user techniques
Provide training in person and remotely to clients on product operations, functionality and usage
Responsible for administration and support of 3-GIS Live. This includes troubleshooting system issues, assisting with system upgrades, developing QAQC workflows, documenting processes, and providing technical support for users.
Administer and maintain enterprise level GIS production applications being utilized by user groups ranging from 5 to 500.
Exercise independent decision-making, problem-solving, leadership, systems analysis, customer service skills, organization, public speaking skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Assisting clients in exceeding their expectations for their use of the 3-GIS Network Solutions software

Practical working expertise ArcGIS software, including ArcGIS desktop, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, and ArcGIS Online
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in GIS analysis
Experience working with organizations utilizing information technology change control and management practices
Previous involvement utilizing a ticketing system to track work tasks and software deficiencies and improvements.
Direct experience implementing, supporting and training enterprise level GIS applications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in GIS, Computer Science, Engineering or another related field.
Minimum 2-3 Years of full time professional GIS Analysis; a Certified GIS Professional (GISP) is a plus
Proficiency in building and maintaining spatial databases in enterprise GIS deployments
Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) scripting language to develop queries and procedures to retrieve data from relational database management systems
Ability to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to customers including utilizing log files, and web debugging tools.
1-2 years of experience supporting, implementing, managing, and implementing multi user web-based GIS applications
Valid Driver's License
Ability to travel internationally
