The City of Aurora, Colorado, is hiring a GIS & CMMS Supervisor to join our Parks, Recreation & Open Space (PROS) Department. This working supervisor will lead the GIS/CMMS team while helping shape the strategy, technology, and systems that support more than 8,000 acres of open space, 100+ parks, 100+ miles of trails, recreation facilities, golf courses, and other community assets.

This role is ideal for an experienced GIS professional who enjoys combining technology, asset management, leadership, and strategic problem-solving.

Hiring Range: $106,340 - $132,295 annually

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Asset Management, drafting, or related field. Equivalent education, training, and experience may be considered.
5 years of GIS operating experience
2 years of Asset Management/CMMS experience
Experience with Esri GIS, ArcGIS Online, CMMS/EAM systems, analytics, and asset management
Supervisory, project management, municipal experience, and GISP certification are preferred
